YACHTING AND MOUNTAIN CLIMBING
Yachting basics (3 days Fri-Sun)
Practical training in the basics of sailing during one-day trips. Do you want to rent a sailboat yourself in the future? Take the first step towards it. Three intensive days of training on the Baltic will give you the necessary skills, knowledge and self-confidence. Accommodation in a comfortable apartment right in the marina.
Meeting at Marina Lagunenstadt Ueckermünde on Thursday at 8 p.m. From 8 to 10 p.m.: organizational information (can be combined with dinner), theoretical preparation for yachting (terminology, why a sailboat sails, trim sails).
Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Untying the boat, starting the engine, safety on board, harbor maneuvers, the basics of sailing in different courses relative to the wind (forehand - riser, side, behindhand, tail).
Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Trim sails (orca, mainsail), tacking upwind and downwind, port maneuvers.
Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Navigation, improvement in sail control, anchoring, port maneuvers.
Price: 12 000,- CZK per person. Child under 15 years 8 000,- CZK. The event is intended for a maximum of 4 people. When two or more people register together, a group discount of 20%. Payment 50% of the price when ordering and 50% 14 days before the event. The price includes equipment (sailboat S/Y Heureka type Pantanal 25), teaching materials, boat insurance, captain's services, port fees, fuel.
The price does not include meals and transportation (it is possible to arrange a shared car ride), accommodation in an apartment (from 50 EUR double apartment per night).

Sporty sailing (4 days Fri-Mon)
If you are looking for a sailing experience, to improve your skills and endurance, this course is the right choice. We will spend most of our time sailing. You will learn something every minute of these four days. A smaller boat allows you to better understand and feel the functioning of the sails. The advantage is the small number of crew members, the captain has time to pay attention to you individually. S/Y Heureka is a very fast but safe boat. At the same time, it is comfortably equipped, providing comfortable beds for 4 people, a spacious salon, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a ship's flush toilet.

Friday: Untying the boat, starting the engine, safety on board, port maneuvers, sailing from the harbor to the open sea. Sailing in different courses relative to the wind (foresail - riser, side, aftersail, tail).
Saturday, Sunday, Monday: Advanced sail trim (orca, mainsail, gennaker), reefing sails, improving turns upwind and downwind, navigation, cruise planning, patrol system.
If necessary, we will anchor in the marina or at our own anchor in the evening or we will include a night cruise. Return to the home marina no later than 4 p.m. on Monday.
Price: 18 000,- CZK per person. The event is intended for a maximum of 3 people. When two or three people register together, a group discount of 20%. Payment 50% of the price when ordering and 50% 14 days before the event. Climbing and belaying on rocks with apartment facilities
Practical training in the basics of rock belaying. Do you ever want to take your children to the rocks yourself? Two intensive days in the Jizera Mountains will give you the necessary skills, knowledge and self-confidence.
Meeting at the Harrachovo rozcestí apartment, Kořenov 720 (https://www.apartman-harrachovorozcesti.cz) on Friday at 7 pm. From 7 pm to 9 pm: organizational information (can be combined with dinner), theoretical preparation.
Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm – Climbing on granite rocks. Climbing equipment and commands, climbing technique, basic knots, climbing with top belaying.
Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm – Improving climbing technique, belaying methods for the first and second climbers, setting up progressive belaying, rappelling.
Date by arrangement. Please suggest below in the booking form.
Price: 7,000 CZK per person. Child under 15 years old 5,000 CZK. The event is intended for 3-4 people. The price includes accommodation in an apartment (two nights), equipment (climbing equipment, seat, rope, belay devices), teaching materials.
